Group Head, Retail Banking

Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification is an advantage. 10 to 12 years of retail banking experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of acquiring, engaging, and retaining individual customers at scale through digital channels. A strong understanding of consumer financial services, credit analysis, and retail risk management. Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech solutions, plus strong sales leadership, and relationship management skills.
