Job Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to acquire new customers to meet monthly revenue growth and user acquisition target.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and pain points, using insights to improve sales pitches.
- Work closely with marketing, and supply and operations teams to align objectives and execute initiatives effectively.
- Generate regular reports on growth performance, and monitor/analyze key growth metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention rates) to assess effectiveness and suggest actionable improvements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/marketing targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and referral marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
