Job description
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts or a related. field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a similar position.
Proven skills in menu planning. food preparation and kitchen management.
Proven ability in budgeting and stock management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
CPR and First Aid certification will be an added advantage.
