Head, Legal Services & Customer Experience Management

Earl Consulting Lagos is recruiting to fill the position of: Head, Legal Services & Customer Experience Management. The position is located in Victoria Island / Lekki, Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and be called to the Nigerian Bar (BL) with 8 12 years of post-call experience, with a strong dual focus on real estate law and corporate client management, and at least 4 years must be in a senior legal / CX management role within a reputable real estate, property management, or legal firm in Nigeria. A relevant Master's Degree (LL.M or MBA) or certifications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) are strongly preferred.
