Key performance areas Develop an annual business and strategic plan and manage its implementation, including academics, social responsibility and community programmes, school data, marketing, facilities management, health and safety, brand image, preschool policies and procedures and aftercare Plan and manage school administration and academics, including planners and timetables, curriculum implementation and monitoring, work schemes, assessment plans, learner observations, staff duties and communication Manage and mentor staff, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary issues,
