The successful candidate will be responsible for building a consistent pipeline of qualified sales agents, leading a team of recruitment associates, and ensuring newly recruited employees are adequately trained, productive, and aligned with the company's sales objectives. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field with 4 - 7 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with substantial high-volume hiring exposure.
