Earl Consulting Lagos is recruiting to fill the position of: Head, Operations, People & Culture. The position is located in Victoria Island / Lekki, Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Real Estate Management, Law, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master's degree is strongly preferred, with 710+ years of progressive management experience in Operations and HR/People Management, with 35 years in a senior leadership role within the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Asset Sector.
