Key Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of CBC curriculum requirements
• Monitor lesson planning, schemes of work, teaching aids and teaching effectiveness
• Set teacher performance targets and manage appraisals
• Manage teacher discipline and participate in teacher recruitment
• Supervise extracurricular activities, school trips, events and projects
• Monitor PP2 performance and support Grade 1 transition/interviews
• Oversee examinations and test-setting
• Supervise the caretaker, kitchen, stores and library
• Manage parent engagement, admissions and new student intake
