Hospitality Manager (Eatery and Restaurant)

Job Responsibiities

• Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all out lets
• Ensure company is represented correctly and standards are upheld
• Supervising Coordination of daily front and backend operations of all outlets
• Assist with all internal and external Admin related inquiries or requests.
• Supervise all outlet maintenance
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
• Assist with training sessions and seminars.
• Assist with ad-hoc Admin projects.
• Support other assigned functions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
• Supervising delivery of stock to outlets
• Liaising with bakery and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods.
• Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
• Identify customer's needs and respond proactively to concerns
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Job Requirement and Skills

• Degree in Business Admin or Hospitality related fields with Basic Financial Knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and implement feedback.
