Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities including CV screening and interview coordination.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee relations inquiries and support HR operations.
Prepare HR documents including letters, memos, and reports.
Support performance management and general HR administrative tasks.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - 3 years' HR experience.
Experience in retail is an added advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
