Key Responsibilities:
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee performance.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support HR audits.
Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Support the implementation and utilization of HR systems and processes.
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR qualification (CHRP, IHRM, or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
