Job Summary


Our client is seeking an experienced and highly competent HR Manager to lead and strengthen its human resources function.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives, talent management, organisational development, employee relations, and overall HR operations.


Key Responsibilities


Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish, structure, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Manage performance management processes and support employee development programmes.
Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
Partner with business leaders to support organisational growth and workforce effectiveness.
Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support management decision-making.


Person Specification


Minimum of a First Degree (BSc/HND) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is required.
8 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
Relevant HR leadership experience within the Power, Engineering, EPC, Manufacturing, Construction, or related sectors.
Demonstrated ability to establish, structure, and lead HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, organisational development, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
