Job Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
Organize safety trainings and awareness programs.
Maintain proper HSE documentation and records.
Continual surveillance of the Offices, warehouses/workshops, installations & other potentially hazardous areas that require industrial safety precautions & ensure that all necessary safety equipment & safety signs are in place throughout MP Infrastructure work sites.
Assist and participate in emergency drills as required.
Assist and advise supervisors with good housekeeping practices.
Ensure Fire Marshall's are deployed where required
Requirements
Degree or certification in HSE or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Good knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
