Human Resource Management Assistant I - AN- Scale -KMTC 7 - 3 Posts

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have;

• Cumulative service period of six (6) years' relevant work experience, three (3) years of which should have been in the grade of Human Resource Management Assistant II or in a comparable position.
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant qualification from a recognised institution;
• Been registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
• Proficiency in computer applications; and
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
