HDF is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy ICT Intern to support the organization's IT infrastructure, digital systems, and communication platforms. The intern will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and providing IT support to staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ICT operations within a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of IT systems, databases, and digital tools.
- Support website and social media management by updating content and ensuring smooth functionality.
- Assist in troubleshooting system errors and performing routine IT maintenance.
- Provide support in setting up and maintaining ICT equipment, including computers, printers, and projectors.
- Support data backup, cybersecurity measures, and IT security protocols.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining IT inventory and records.
- Offer training and guidance to staff on ICT tools and best practices.
- Support the ICT team in implementing new digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the ICT Officer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in M&E, research, or program evaluation, preferably in the nonprofit or development sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or Excel.
- Strong understanding of M&E methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Experience in designing logical frameworks, indicators, and impact assessment tools.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
