Role Description
This is a one-month paid contract role. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing foundational HR systems that support organizational growth, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
You will help design a structured framework that clearly defines career progression, staff levels, compensation structures, and internal HR governance processes.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and deliver quality work within a fast-paced timeline.
Key Responsibility
Develop a comprehensive organizational HR framework
Design structured career progression pathways and staff-level definitions
Create compensation and financial band structures for roles across the organization
Draft and organize key HR and workplace policies
Support the establishment of scalable HR governance systems
Work closely with leadership to align HR systems with organizational growth goals
Deliver a practical roadmap for future HR management and compliance
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, or people operations
Understands compensation design, grading systems, and career frameworks
Has experience drafting HR policies and governance structures
Can work independently and deliver within tight timelines
Possesses strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Is organized, strategic, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
Experience working with startups, growing organizations, NGOs, or innovation-driven teams
Familiarity with compliance and modern HR best practices
