Key performance areas Fulfil the requirements of the signed internship agreement. Work within a fixed‑term employment contract with prescribed KPIs. Gain entry‑level exposure to a specific field or industry. Contribute to departmental outputs under the guidance of a line manager. Qualifications, experience and skills Education: As required by the specific internship programme. BEd Foundation or Intermediate Phase student Skills & Attributes: Adaptability, eagerness to learn, commitment to completing programme requirements.
