What we offer:
- Internships
last 4 weeks and are designed to expose individuals to working on client
projects and growth strategy. Responsibility is given from the outset, and
every intern is a valued member of a project team. Throughout your time at
Simon-Kucher, you will contribute to analysis and benefit from working
alongside our experienced Consultants, Managers, Directors and Partners.

South Africa is growing. This results in an entrepreneurial and inspiring work
environment with lots of responsibilities and a steep learning curve. The
internship has become the main route we use to recruit entry level Consultants
to our Johannesburg office, so if you perform well during your time as an
intern, there is the real opportunity to continue your career with us. Start
dates for consultant roles will be from January 2026 onwards, on completion of
your studies.
- You will create an impact by appling creative problem-solving and strategic thinking on consultancy projects; executing comprehensive data analysis and turn this into actionable insights; as well as developing solutions and recommendations for clients.
Your profile:
- Final year students with strong results, ideally in a
field related to business, finance, engineering, or science.
- Expected to complete studies/graduate from university
within this year.
- Strong analytical and communication skills,
characterized by a high degree of initiative and critical thinking.
- A team player, with proven ability to collaborate
effectively.
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office.
- A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially
agile environment.
- Strong interest in commercial strategy.
