Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00//11:00-20:00
Location: Tyger Valley, Cape Town
Working Pattern: Office based

The Role

We are now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our Global Talent team! You will have previous recruiting experience across Cape Town/South Africa, with a background for recruiting roles at all levels. We are happy to consider candidates from either an agency background or in-house!

A successful candidate will need to be confident, personable and highly organised, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a full recruitment process for both candidates and stakeholders across a variety of internal roles
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships whilst supporting and guiding in recruitment best practices
  • Creating job adverts and job descriptions
  • Creating and maintaining screening and interview scorecards and ensuring due diligence
  • Sourcing candidate utilising a variety of resource tools
  • Screening candidate and conducting initial telephone or video interviews
  • Arranging and attending video or face to face interviews
  • Creating offers and onboarding successful candidates
  • Maintaining all database and ATS records to a high standard
  • Being responsible, accountable, reactive and professional to both internal and external contacts
  • Implementing and maintaining robust talent pool processes

Essential:

  • Previous recruitment experience in a busy and multi-role environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple campaigns and workloads
  • Experience of sourcing candidates using multiple resources
  • Confident communicator at all levels via telephone, video or in person
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous experience of ATS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Professional, friendly and engaging manner
