FOAN Group is seeking a highly capable Investment and Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the Group's investment readiness, fundraising preparation, and strategic partnership development across its media, technology, streaming, and creative economy businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to prepare investment documents, coordinate investor engagement, support financial analysis, identify strategic partners, and help position FOAN Group and its platforms for institutional funding and growth partnerships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Support the preparation of investment briefs, pitch decks, business plans, financial models, and investor reports.
Research and identify potential investors, development finance institutions, strategic partners, grant opportunities, and creative economy funding programs. Assist in building relationships with banks, funds, media partners, government agencies, telcos, technology companies, and international institutions. Coordinate documentation required for due diligence, including company profiles, revenue records, market data, governance documents, and operational reports.
Track key business metrics across FOAN Group platforms and prepare periodic reports for management.
Support partnership negotiations, proposal writing, and follow-up communications.
Monitor opportunities within the African creative economy, media, streaming, and digital content sectors.
Work with internal teams to align business units with investor and partnership requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, International Relations, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, ACCA, ACA, CISI, or similar will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, business development, strategic partnerships, fundraising support, consulting, banking, venture capital, development finance, or related fields.
Strong ability to prepare business documents, proposals, reports, and investor-facing materials.
Good understanding of financial modeling, valuation, market research, and due diligence processes.
Interest or experience in media, technology, streaming, entertainment, creative economy, or African growth markets is an advantage.
Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.
