Investor Relations Lead.

Our client, a leading investment company in Lagos, is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Lead. In this role, you will manage relationships with shareholders, investors and research analysts while communicating the organisation's financial performance and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute investor relations strategies and communication plans. Coordinate earnings calls, investor briefings and annual shareholder meetings. Build strong relationships with institutional investors, shareholders and analysts. Prepare investor presentations, press releases and annual reports. Analyse financial results, market trends and economic indicators. Develop investor relations frameworks with measurable KPIs and annual reviews. Support the implementation of the J10 policy in line with board directives. Manage relationships with regulators and other external stakeholders. Promote a sales-first culture and support business development initiatives. Requirements BSc in Finance, Business Administration or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage. 8 - 12+ years' experience in investor relations, research or financial analysis within financial services. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and financial statements. Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling. Strong organisational and project-management abilities
