Job Description


Assisting the PSG Chief Legal and Compliance Officer in his daily duties to ensure a high level of compliance is maintained across the firm and that legal matters are adequately dealt with.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Liaise with the divisional legal and compliance teams,
Draft reports for presentation to key governance structures (i.e., Executive committee, Board, etc.),
Assist with investigating legal or compliance matters,
Review reports for accuracy and appropriateness,
Analyse legal and compliance systems and processes and make recommendations for enhancements.


Minimum qualification


B.Com LLB or similar
Admitted attorney is advantageous
Relevant industry experience is advantageous
