From virtualizing SCADA systems for satellite sites, pipeline networks, and digital oilfields to optimizing wellhead and upstream/downstream automation processes, INTECH's solutions empower industries to streamline operations, enhance reliability, and achieve superior performance outcomes.
What You'll Lead And Deliver
Design, develop, and implement software applications for industrial automation systems including PCS, SIS, F&G, SCADA, CMS, PMS, Instrument Asset Management, electrical systems, and associated communication and computer-based systems.
Analyze project specifications and control philosophies to identify system objects (PLC, HMI, instruments, loops) and define control logic, interlocks, alarms, timers, diagnostics, and sequence routines.
Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications including graphics, animations, pop-ups, detailed faceplates, alarm banners, and operator interfaces.
Develop and implement complex control strategies such as sequence logic, SFCs, cascade control, ratio control, split-range control, and advanced PID loops.
Design and configure inter/intra-system communications and data exchange using industrial protocols and networks including serial, fieldbus, and Ethernet-based technologies.
Design and implement data acquisition systems, historian configurations, and alarm management systems in accordance with approved alarm philosophies and operational requirements.
Support industrial network architecture and cybersecurity implementation including access control, network segmentation, system hardening, and data integrity measures.
Prepare, review, and maintain engineering documentation including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), FAT/SAT procedures, system manuals, and related technical documents.
Participate in factory and site activities including FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, system modifications, training, and final handover.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, company procedures, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
