Learning & Development Specialist

Our client, a leading property company, is seeking a proactive and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), while supporting learning adoption within a fast-paced project environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on L&D professional with strong facilitation, LMS administration, and digital learning experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct training needs analysis aligned to business and project requirements Develop and deliver classroom, virtual, and e-learning content Create learner guides, training material, and quick reference tools Facilitate training sessions and ongoing refresher workshops Support change adoption initiatives during system and process roll outs Manage LMS administration, reporting, and learner tracking Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods Requirements Minimum Requirements National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field Minimum 4 years' experience in Learning & Development Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in tools such as Articulate, Canva, Scribe, and LMS platforms Advantageous Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) ETDP Facilitator Accreditation Exposure to change management methodologies such as Prosci Key Competencies Instructional Design Facilitation & Training Delivery LMS Administration Digital Learning Stakeholder Engagement Communication Skills Adaptability & Attention to Detail
