Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and flag any discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in the documents.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements or necessary changes to ensure documents meet high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to clarify document requirements and resolve any issues that arise during the review process.
• Ensure that all reviewed documents are completed within the specified deadlines and adhere to Morae Global’s quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in document review within a legal setting, with a strong understanding of commercial and contract law.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in legal documents.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in using document review software and tools.
