Job summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The Legal Intern will assist the Head of Legal in various legal matters, including research, drafting documents, and supporting ongoing projects. This position is ideal for a law student or recent graduate looking to develop practical skills and gain insights into corporate legal operations. This role will be fully remote and part-time.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various topics and provide summaries and analyses.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. - Support the preparation of legal reports and projects.
- Help in managing and organising legal files and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance and regulatory filings.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a law degree program or recent graduate.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
