Job description
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or certificate in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years' relevant experience in lending, sales, recruitment, or financial services.
- Strong customer acquisition, marketing, and sales skills.
- Experience in loan portfolio management and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to meet sales and loan disbursement targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and acquire new customers to grow the loan portfolio.
- Market loan products and generate quality leads.
- Process loan applications and support timely loan disbursement.
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure quality management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on repayments.
- Achieve assigned recruitment, sales, and portfolio quality targets.
