Maintenance Engineer

Department: Engineering Reports To: Head, Supply Chain Experience: 5 - 8 years KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and utilities. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime. Maintain milling, grinding, sieving, conveying, mixing and packaging equipment. Support PLC, HMI, VFD, motor, control panel and automation maintenance. Participate in machine fabrication, modification, installation and commissioning. Conduct root cause analysis and improve equipment reliability. Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements and safety compliance. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR B.Sc./B.Eng./HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline. 5 - 8 years' relevant industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience. Experience in FMCG, food processing, milling, sugar, salt or flour manufacturing is strongly preferred. Practical knowledge of mechanical repairs, electrical systems and industrial automation. Experience with locally fabricated machinery is an advantage.
