Manager, Personal Lines

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related field. AIIK or ACII qualification. At least seven years' relevant experience in insurance or financial services, including experience in product, portfolio, distribution or business management. Experience in personal, retail or individual health insurance would be an advantage. Demonstrated ability to grow and manage a portfolio with clear accountability for commercial results. Experience working across multiple distribution channels and collaborating with technical and customer-facing teams.
