Marketing, Branding & Partnerships Lead

Expand Health is Cape Town’s first longevity hub, built for people who want to live healthier, longer. We offer cutting-edge wellness and longevity services—backed by science, designed for real life.

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing, branding, and business growth—someone who can put Expand on the map and make it the first place people think of when they want to optimize their health. You’ll be responsible for building awareness, generating leads, and forming strategic partnerships to grow the business.

We need a doer—someone who’s as comfortable crafting an ad campaign as they are setting up a referral program or organizing an in-person event. This is a hands-on role where you’ll blend digital marketing with real-world activations, making sure the right people know about Expand Health (and actually take action).

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Run digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and track what actually works.
• Grow and engage our email list with valuable content (not spam).
• Improve SEO so we show up when people search for longevity and wellness solutions.
• Optimize our website and social channels to turn interest into bookings.

Branding & Awareness

• Make Expand the go-to name for longevity in Cape Town.
• Get us featured in relevant media, podcasts, and wellness publications.
• Build relationships with influencers, health professionals, and brand ambassadors.

Partnerships & Business Development

• Set up collaborations with gyms, wellness brands, and high-end lifestyle spaces.
• Develop corporate wellness initiatives to bring in high-value clients.
• Organize and run community events, workshops, and activations.
• Create referral programs that encourage word-of-mouth growth.

• You’re based in Cape Town and understand the local market.
• You know how to balance big-picture branding with practical execution.
• You’re comfortable running digital ads, growing a brand, and forming partnerships.
• You can think strategically and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• You have experience in wellness, fitness, or premium lifestyle brands (bonus).
