Marketing Manager

About the Role We are looking for a creative, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will have practical experience developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, creating engaging content and supporting offline marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated digital and traditional marketing strategies. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Manage social media platforms, online campaigns and digital marketing activities. Coordinate traditional marketing activities, events and promotional initiatives. Develop marketing content and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business growth. Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources. Requirements Minimum of HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. 3 - 5 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to both digital and traditional marketing. Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns. Good understanding of social media, digital advertising, content marketing and other digital channels. Experience with traditional marketing activities, events and promotional campaigns. Strong communication, creativity, analytical and project management skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
