Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and grow our clinic's laboratory services. The ideal candidate will engage with consultant doctors, clinics, and hospitals to increase referrals, build strong professional relationships, and drive the growth of our diagnostic and wellness testing services.
Tasks
Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with consultant doctors and healthcare professionals.
Promote Tibu Health's laboratory and diagnostic services to drive referrals and utilization.
Schedule and conduct regular visits and presentations to clinics, hospitals, and specialist practices.
Gather market insights and feedback from clients to support service improvement and business growth.
Prepare and submit regular activity reports and sales performance updates.
Represent Tibu Health professionally at medical events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in medical services sales, preferably in medical services, laboratory or diagnostic services.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market in Kenya.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
