Key Job Outputs


Meet Kanban production outputs in PVC Grinding Section.
Maintain PVC Regrind product quality standards (per SOP).
Generate daily Production Batch documentation and records.
Perform daily Oracle Batch processing and labelling.
Comply with and maintain Pharmaceutical GMP Standards (per SOP).
Comply with and maintain Safety Standards (per OHS Act / SOPs).
Elimination of waste and scrap reduction through prevention of material contamination.
Perform cleaning and minor machine maintenance.
Actively participate in Grinding Section Mini Business Unit (MBU).
Perform Hopper Filler relief tasks / functions for other Extrusion Sections.


Requirements


Minimum Qualification: Preferably Grade 12, with Mathematics and Science
Min. NQF Level IV Literacy & Numeracy
Basic Plastic Skills Level I Certificate (recommended)
Forklift Licence (recommended)
Minimum Working Experience: 1 Year in Basic Machine Operation, preferably Plastic manufacturing (Grinding, etc.)
3 Months working with Batch documents / Production Reports
