The role is central to maintaining product quality and presentation standards, while also ensuring packaging workflow compliance.</p> <p class="p4" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1" style="text-align: justify;"> <li class="li4"><strong>Terminal Packaging:</strong> Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals and ensure they meet packaging criteria. Verify the packaging checklist (charger, cable, frosted bag, serial label, and packaging carton). Ensure only terminals with valid QA approval are packaged, and that all OK terminals are powered and checked prior to packaging.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li4"><strong>Terminal Logging &amp; Reporting:</strong> Log every packaged terminal in the system with full packaging details. Track daily and weekly packaging performance against targets, and initiate the push and collection of terminals to or from inventory officers.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li4"><strong>Inventory Coordination:</strong> Maintain an accurate record of packaged and unpackaged terminals, and report any discrepancies or damaged items immediately.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="li4"><strong>Quality Control &amp; Compliance:</strong> Reject terminals that are damaged or do not meet packaging standards, providing valid rejection reasons and returning them to inventory for re-evaluation.
