Qualifications & Experience The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience as a chef in diverse kitchen environments (restaurants, catering, or hospitality). Strong skills in fast foods and Kenyan cuisine (additional international or specialty expertise is an advantage). Creativity in menu development and adaptability to client needs. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and cost control. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results.
