Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Parts sales to counter customers, workshop and panel shop
Managing high-volume telesales enquiries and quotations
Accurate identification and supply of parts across multiple brands
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Building strong relationships with technicians, service advisors and repeat customers
Ensuring correct invoicing, picking slips and system updates
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
A minimum of 3 years Parts Sales experience within a franchised motor dealership
Proven exposure to:
Counter Sales
Workshop Sales
Panel Shop Sales
Tele Sales
A strong sales mindset with a consistent target-driven track record
Excellent product knowledge and the ability to work under pressure
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
Advantageous Experience
The following will be highly beneficial:
Experience working on dealer management systems such as:
Keyloop / CDK / Drive
IAL
Exposure to multi-brand dealerships
