Payroll Tax Associate

About the Position We are seeking a Payroll Tax Associate. You will have the opportunity to work directly with US-based teams, supervisors, and clients, supporting processes such as tax filings, reconciliations, tax compliance, the review of tax notices, and the resolution of discrepancies. Responsibilities Process payments and filings related to payroll taxes. Prepare tax filings and payroll tax reconciliations. Investigate and resolve tax notices, discrepancies, and inconsistencies. Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations. Provide support to clients and internal teams regarding payroll tax inquiries. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in areas such as accounting, finance, reconciliations, auditing, financial operations, or financial BPO. Minimum technical training or studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Payroll, Taxation, or related fields. English proficiency at a B2+ level, as you will communicate directly with clients and supervisors in the United States. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
