We areis looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented People and Culture Associate (Recruitment and Copensation & Benefits) to join our growing People and Culture Team.
The People and Culture Associate ( Recruitment and Copensation& Benefits) will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and overseeing employee compensation and benefits administration. This role ensures we attract, retain, and reward top healthcare professionals while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
Build strong talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical roles
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.


Compensation & Benefits:


Administer salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits programs
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies
Manage the communication and education of compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand their benefits.
Gather and report on employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits programs to
inform improvements.
Monitor and manage costs to ensure alignment with budget and financial goals.
Keep accurate and up-to-date compensation and benefit data and reports.
Manage employee benefits including health insurance, leave administration, and retirement plans
Support performance review and reward systems.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must have a CIPM or SPHRI Certification
3 - 5 years of experience in recruitment and compensation/benefits
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in healthcare HR is an advantage.
