Ports Operations Coordinator

Job Summary The Ports Operations Coordinator will coordinate vessel, cargo, and port-related activities to ensure efficient and timely execution of shipping operations while maintaining compliance with port regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export operations. Liaise with shipping lines, terminal operators, customs, and other stakeholders. Monitor cargo clearance and delivery timelines. Resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records. Prepare operational reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in clearing agency. Excellent knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
