Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team.
2. Manage and maintain case files, legal documents, and correspondence.
3. Handle scheduling, client communications, and general office tasks.
4. Assist with social media management and content creation for the firm’s online presence.
5. Utilize technology and legal software for efficient workflow and document management.
6. Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.
1. Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a legal or administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, legal software, and digital tools.
4. Social media management experience (content creation, engagement, and analytics).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Positive work attitude. Successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
7. Ability to thrive in a fully onsite, collaborative work environment.
