Key Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in production coordination, operations, or related manufacturing roles.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
Create and maintain production schedules and timelines for all manufacturing orders.
Liaise with maintenance, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Supervise and support production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Allocate production resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, in alignment with production demands.
Monitor production output to ensure compliance with product specifications and company quality standards
Collaborate with quality assurance to inspect materials, manage rejects, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry guidelines, and company policies in the production area.
Maintain production records, inventory logs, and reports accurately.
