The WWRS program equips sales professionals with the tools and mindset to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients. It focuses on uncovering customer needs, developing strategic selling approaches, and communicating value effectively — enabling participants to close deals successfully while creating loyal, lasting partnerships.
Role Overview
The Program Manager - WWRS will be responsible for the program's growth, visibility, and operational excellence. The role demands a deep understanding of relationship-based selling principles and how they enhance client engagement, sales conversion, and organizational profitability.
Core Areas of Focus:
Program Growth: Generate enrolments and revenue through consultative sales and business development.
Visibility: Expand WWRS market presence through workshops, events, and partnerships.
Collaboration & Excellence: Partner with trainers, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery.
Strategic Partnerships: Build networks with corporate clients, associations, and industry bodies to enhance program reach and influence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive enrolments and revenue for the WWRS program.
Conduct consultative discussions with organizations to identify sales and relationship challenges.
Present customized solutions demonstrating ROI in sales performance and customer retention.
Deliver presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and sales leadership teams.
Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main contact for participants and client organizations.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with HR, sales, and business leaders.
Ensure smooth onboarding, consistent communication, and post-program engagement.
Collect success stories and testimonials to highlight program impact.
Program Coordination & Delivery
Manage logistical and operational aspects of program delivery.
Coordinate facilitators, venues, and participants for professional execution.
Ensure materials, attendance, and feedback are handled accurately.
Support trainers during sessions and monitor participant experience.
Reporting & Insights
Maintain accurate client and pipeline data using CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on enrolments, revenue, and activity.
Monitor performance trends, including conversion rates and satisfaction scores.
Provide insights to refine sales and delivery strategies.
Brand & Market Development
Represent the program at business events, sales forums, and conferences.
Build professional networks within B2B, sales, and customer-relationship industries.
Collaborate with marketing on content creation, promotional materials, and success stories.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 3 - 6 years in program management, B2B sales, or corporate training. Experience in relationship-selling or learning-and-development programs is an advantage.
