Responsibilities
- Manage the entire scholarship application process, including outreach, application collection, and selection of candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners to support scholarship initiatives.
- Analyze scholarship applications and assess candidates based on established criteria and guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of scholarship programs and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations on scholarship program outcomes for stakeholders and internal use.
- Ensure compliance with all funding requirements and regulations related to scholarship disbursements.
- Assist in the development of marketing and communication strategies to promote scholarship opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related area, ideally within educational funding or scholarships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess applications and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Experience in relationship management and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current trends in global education and scholarship funding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines effectively.
