Project Manager

Our client in the Industrial Manufacturing and Packaging Technology industry is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to manage aftersales projects, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. We encourage you to apply if you: Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term customer relationships. Lead aftersales projects, including audits, overhauls, maintenance contracts and other customer interventions. Coordinate customer requirements, internal resources, technical activities and project timelines. Proactively follow up on quotations, orders, receivables and project deliverables. Provide customers with technical advice and recommend appropriate aftersales solutions. Monitor project budgets, profitability, timelines, customer satisfaction and overall project performance. What We're Looking For: University Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in project management, preferably in a related industry. Strong knowledge of project management principles and experience handling complex projects. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation and client management skills. NOTE: This role involves regular travel both domestic and foreign and requires a valid passport and driver's licence.
