Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, and project reporting.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and performance against agreed objectives.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, resolve implementation challenges, and document lessons learned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in software development, banking, or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant project management certification will be an added advantage.
