THE ROLE Daily operations, maintenance, service providers, resident relations and service charge management. KEY DUTIES Oversee cleaning security, lifts, water, power and waste. Planned and emergency repairs Supervise staff and contractors.Handle resident and owner queries Budget, collect service charges, monthly reports Enforce house rules, health, safety and fire compliance Raise defects with the developer REQUIREMENTS Diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate or related field 2-5 years' experience managing residential apartments. Professional body membership is an added advantage. SKILLS Customer service. Conflict resolution Budgeting. Contractor oversight Strong communication Works independently. responds to emergencies
