Quality & Safety Manager

Paras Energy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality & Safety Manager to lead our quality assurance, quality control, and health and safety functions across our projects. We are looking for a professional who can ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, strengthen safety compliance, lead inspection teams, and drive continuous improvement across project sites. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality inspections of incoming materials and construction activities. Develop and implement Quality Inspection Plans (QIPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Lead quality and HSE teams, ensuring compliance with approved standards and safety requirements. Manage non-conformances, audits, corrective actions, and incident investigations. Maintain quality and safety documentation for project handover and client reviews. Exercise stop-work authority where unsafe or non-conforming activities are identified. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 10 - 12 years of experience in quality management, with substantial experience in solar, power, renewable energy, or EPC projects. Proven experience in quality inspections, QIPs/ITPs, and site safety management. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 frameworks. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is an advantage. Willingness to travel and spend extended periods at project sites.
