Job Requirements For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have; Diploma in any of the following fields; Quantity Survey, Building/Civil Engineering or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Squaring dimensions and abstracting for e preparation of bills of quantities; Preparation of specifications; and Assisting in preparation of payment certificates.
