Quantity Surveyor

What you'll do: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates Take site measurements and track material usage Prepare quotations and process subcontractor payments Monitor project costs and track variations Ensure projects stay within approved budgets Liaise with suppliers, site teams, and clients Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings What we're looking for: Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field 2 - 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction projects Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works — strong advantage Strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to read technical and architectural drawings Honesty, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
