Our client, a trusted real estate company, that sells land and develops unique gated communities in the outskirts of the city, is recruiting real estate associates to join their team of real estate professionals.
Job Description
Overview of the role
The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential buyers through various channels.
Guide clients through the sales process, from inquiry to closing.
Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide clients with detailed information on the properties, including pricing, financing options, and legal aspects.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue.
Maintain records of sales activity and client interactions.
Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications
Education in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of property laws and sales processes is a plus.
Additional Information
Salary budget Ksh 30,000 plus commission.
